Marcin is a patent attorney. He is specialized in industrial property, unfair competition and copyright law.
He represents Clients in procedures relating to trade marks, patents, utility models and industrial designs in Poland and abroad. He is also involved in issues related to transfer of technology and know-how, and the valuation of intangible assets and legal firms.
He represents Clients before the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market in Alicante (OHIM) and before the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva (WIPO). He represents clients in litigation before administrative courts, courts of law, the Court Affairs. Community Trademark and Industrial Designs and departments at issue OHIM.
Marcin is the graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin. He completed Postgraduate Studies in Industrial Property, University of Warsaw, as well as the Department of History at the University of Jan Kochanowski.
